Panama city beach under 25 friendly hotels/condos for 10 people Spring Break 09?

I have ten people going with me and we are trying to stay in one room, but are finding it hard to find condos or hotels for that matter to accommodate all of us in one room. We are all under 25 years old. If you have any suggestions i would really appreciate them!

   Don’t try booking through the main hotel sites. If your go to VRBO.com you can look up condos in PC . These condos are actually owned by people in some of these high end places that want you to be 25. A lot of the time they will rent to you if you have someone that is at least 21 even though they are not supposed to. This is what we did last year. The boardwalk has a lot of condos like this on VRBO. Also the Majestic
